Aerial Angels Requested Amenities

Please note that we understand that not all venues are able to provide all the items on this list.  We are happy to discuss any elements you feel you cannot provide - we want to work with you!  Starred items are the most necessary. Upon mutual agreement, we will provide you with the exact list for your event.

We request the venue provide the following upon Aerial Angels' arrival:

LODGING

*Lodging for the number of performers you've booked, double occupancy, non-smoking rooms located on the same hallway.

*Hotel as close to venue as practical.

*Hotel with wireless or high-speed internet access in rooms.

FOOD

*Well-balanced meals appropriate to the time of day, either provided or sponsored at a nearby location. Dinners must be a hot meal.

SECURITY

*Adequate security for the performance area, once our equipment has been pre-set. (Varies based on event)

DRESSING ROOM

For outdoor events:

We require a private backstage area, out of public view. This can be a tent shelter, but must have a table, a trash can and at least three chairs, and be shady and rain/windproof. **AT "BUSKER" OR "STREET" SHOWS, COMMON GREEN ROOM/STORAGE ROOM IS OK** We also request water, snacks, and meals appropriate to the time of day.

For indoor/corporate/theatre events:

*Windowless or with curtains (we will be changing clothes repeatedly)

*Clean, carpeted floor with adequate space for multiple performers to stretch

*Locking door to which Aerial Angels will have key

*Heated to at least 75 degrees F (please advise us if it is necessary to bring a space heater)

*Sign on door: "Dressing Room, Please, Knock"

Located very near a clean bathroom that is designated for our private use.

At least 2 sets of electrical outlets

If you book more than three performers and the dressing rooms are small, we may need a second dressing room.

Dressing room to be furnished as follows:

*A large table and at least five chairs

*Empty, clean trash can

*Mirror (full length is a plus)

*Chewy granola bars

*Paper towels

*Assortment of fresh fruit in season, including but not limited to: bananas in varying stages of ripeness, oranges or clementines, apples (NOT golden delicious or red delicious), nectarines, fresh berries, pineapple, grapes

*Lots of bottled water (No Dasani, please)

*Other healthy snacks

*Ice

Tropicana Immunity Defense Orange Juice

Jar of creamy peanut butter

Knife sharp enough to cut fruit

Pens

Paper

Non-florescent lighting

Hand towels

Local daily newspaper

Purell Hand Sanitizer

Clean drinking glasses

PUBLICITY

*Please list in programs or introduce us as "Aerial Angels." PLEASE NOTE SPELLING. If a description is needed, please request and we will provide copy of appropriate length.

Aerial Angels are to be mentioned in all print ads and flyers prior to the event in a type-size and manner that indicates we are the ____ billed act(s). Aerial Angels are to be mentioned in all radio and television advertising promoting the event.

Aerial Angels will be happy to provide advertising copy appropriate to the event and venue.

We are always happy to be photographed and videotaped for promotional purposes only while at your event. If photographs, videos, or recordings are made of the performance(s), Aerial Angels must receive copies of same for archival purposes.

TRANSPORTATION

The Aerial Angels build the travel costs for most events into our quoted fee. We will discuss with you in advance if travel arrangements are necessary.
