Boo Boo Beth Browning (Aerial Angels co-founder) is a lifelong dancer and choreographer. Skilled in ballet, jazz, tap, modern dance, and contact improvisation, Beth has performed with Orchesis, The Contact Group, and with other noted dance ensembles in New York, Detroit, Toronto, Los Angeles, Chicago, and across North America. She is also a yoga teacher in the Iyengar tradition, and plans to pursue a career in foreign aid and development after serving with the Peace Corps.  | | Photo: Elizabeth Barrette | | Celia Sarah Scanlon (co-founder) is an actor, aerialist, circus coach, and musician from Chicago. She started doing flips on her parent's bed at age 3. A gymnast until the age of 12, she switched over to circus arts and has been spending time upside down ever since. She has trained at the Actors Gymnasium, Circus Smirkus, The Circus Space, The Dell’Arte School of Physical Theatre, LAMDA, and she’ll soon be adding the American Repertory Theatre Institute and Moscow Art Theatre to the list as well. She has coached and choreographed circus arts for shows including Metamorphoses at Western Michigan University. Sarah heads for Harvard this fall for her MFA in Acting. |
Damien Jarrid Masse, originally from Florida, studied at the internationally-renown Dell’Arte School of Physical Theatre and spent a year with Philadelphia’s MUM Puppet Theatre. He and his partner placed first in the Prague Festival of Modern Dance, and he has street-performed across Europe and North America. Jarrid is currently living and working in Los Angeles, where he has been seen on MTV’s Dismissed and in numerous music videos, including Nine Inch Nails and Sepultura. He’s also the lead singer of new rock band Dear Damien, featuring members of White Zombie, NIN, Sepultura, and Cirque du Soleil.
